Workshop floor sanding method how to prevent the ground from sanding

January 19, 2022

With the rapid development of the construction industry, people have higher and higher requirements for project quality. At present, many concrete buildings such as workshops, workshops, underground garages, etc., have a problem of sanding due to long-term use of the ground, or poor handling of the concrete base. The sanding phenomenon causes the concrete floor to be loose and difficult to clean, and a large amount of floating dust will appear every time it is cleaned. This not only pollutes the environment, but at the same time the dust particles on the cement floor will adhere to the work surface during the subsequent construction process, thus greatly reducing the corporate image. What are the sand treatment methods in the workshop ? Following Xiaobian look at it.

What are the methods of workshop sanding

1. The cement mortar leveling layer without vehicle walking and heavy object impact and scratching is used for sand treatment. The specific methods are as follows:

1. Use a wire brush to remove floating sand from the sand and flush it with clean water.

2, with 108 glue plus about double the water after mixing, brushing the surface of the ground, play the role of interface agent to enhance the 108 cement putty and surface layer adhesion.

3, 108 plastic cement putty should be layered scraping, each layer is appropriate about 0.5mm thick, generally should be scraped 3-4 times, the total thickness of about 2mm.

4, when the indoor temperature is below 10 degrees, 108 glue will thicken or even freeze. During construction, room temperature should be increased to allow it to melt naturally before it is reconstituted. It is not appropriate to thaw directly by heating or heating water. 108 plastic cement putty should not be applied at low temperatures.

After 5,108 glue is mixed into cement slurry, it has the function of retarding and reducing strength. Tests have shown that with the increase of the amount of 108 glue, the adhesive force of cement slurry also increases, but the strength gradually decreases. The reasonable amount of 108 glue should be controlled to about 20% of the cement weight. In addition, agglomerated cement must not be used.

6. After curing, carry out curing according to the maintenance method of the cement floor. After 2-3 days, gently wipe off the trace with fine sandpaper, and then wax it again to use. The most common quality problem in the ground after this method is the easy delamination of the scratch-coated 108 cement putty layer, so it is very important to clean the substrate and brush the interface agent. However, the strength limit of the 108 putty itself also makes this treatment method unsuitable for the relatively harsh environment of the environment.

Method two: VL-M2 cement sand treatment agent hardened and dustproofed.

This treatment method is applicable to all hardening and dustproof treatment of cement mortar floor and concrete floor surface that are dusty and dusty. How to prevent sand from the ground

1, strictly control the water-cement ratio

The water-cement ratio directly affects the mortar strength. Water-cement ratio is too large, the ground strength is low, the surface is rough, not wear-resistant, easy to sand; excess free water evaporates, resulting in the appearance of capillary holes in the cement slurry layer, reducing the density of the mortar, easy to wear sand.

2. Use common Portland cement as much as possible (strength level not less than 42.5MPa)

Compared with slag cement and pozzolanic cement, ordinary portland cement has the advantages of better water retention, less shrinkage, and high early strength, which is very favorable for ensuring the quality of the ground and the construction schedule. The use of ordinary Portland cement is an essential prerequisite for ensuring the strength of cement mortar and preventing sand from building ground.

3, prohibit the use of expired cement and damp cement

Cement storage period of more than three months is called expired cement. When the expired cement is used in the ground surface, its strength, hardness and wear resistance will be significantly reduced, resulting in sanding. The moisture-contaminated cement is cement and water that condense into pieces, so that the activity is greatly reduced and the cementation performance is poor. Compared with the expired cement, the quality is worse, so it cannot be used on the ground surface layer.

4, do not use sand on the ground surface mortar

The ground must bear all kinds of pressure, friction, impact, must have a certain strength and wear resistance. Coarse sand and medium sand are better than fine sand in both strength and wear resistance. The mortar mixed with fine sand has a large shrinkage and is easy to crack. Poor water retention is not good for calendering. The mud content of the sand should not exceed 3%, otherwise it will reduce the strength of the mortar and cause sanding of the ground floor.

5, grasp the calendering time

The cement mortar should be followed by the painting, wiped with a wooden wiper, and iron wiped with light. The calendering work must be controlled before final coagulation. If the calendering is too early, the surface will swim and float a layer of water, which will inevitably affect the strength of the mortar. If the calendering time is too late, it will disturb or damage the coagulation structure of the cement gel, affect the growth of mortar strength, and the capillary pores on the surface will be difficult to eliminate. It can also cause sanding.

6, have enough time for conservation

The quality of conservation has a great relationship with the quality of the ground. General maintenance time is greater than 7 days. If the curing time is not enough, then in the dry air, the water will evaporate and it will slow or even stop hardening. The surface mortar will not reach the design strength, and sanding will inevitably occur. In the same way, if you use it too early when the intensity is low, it will inevitably interrupt the maintenance, affect the strength growth, and damage the surface.

7, winter construction of cement floor

In winter construction, the surface layer is thin and should be protected from freezing. Ensure that the temperature in the construction environment should be above 5°C. After the mortar is frozen, the volume expands, causing the voidage to increase, forming loose particles, the strength of the surface layer will be greatly reduced, and sanding will occur during use.
